CareerPilot stores personal career information only to provide profile, resume, job-search, draft, and application-review features.

User data is scoped by account. Regular users cannot access another user's data, and master-admin access is reserved for authorized administration.

Applications require user approval before submission is recorded. The system does not sell user data or bypass third-party security controls.

Users can export their data or delete their account from Settings.
